With over 20 years of experience in government relations and public policy, Joanne has worked across multiple sectors in global, regional and country-specific capacities. Through these roles, Joanne has developed and implemented cross-border public policy strategies, resolved regulatory bottlenecks, and developed private sector and government partnerships. She has built and managed globally distributed teams, and guided market entry in some of the most deeply challenging and complex environments, helping to scale businesses from the ground up.

Joanne’s extensive international experience in government, international organizations, and the private sector allows her to provide clients with multi-sector and multi-disciplinary policy advice. Clients leverage Joanne’s deep knowledge of regulatory and policy environments, as well as her cultural and political expertise, to help them design and implement actionable strategies to overcome a wide array of policy challenges.
