Catriona Meehan

Catriona Meehan is a public affairs leader with over a dozen years of experience providing counsel and guidance for startups, scale-ups, government institutions and large companies globally.
After spending several years advising on digital and environmental issues in the European Parliament, Catriona led the policy and public affairs efforts for industry associations representing the biggest names in Tech and online travel platforms in the global political arena. Catriona then led Policy, Communication and Sustainability for an electric mobility company and scaled the business to scores of new markets before its successful acquisition in 2021. During this time Catriona was also a founding member and Co-Chair of Micromobility for Europe.
Having helped companies from big tech to startups overcome their regulatory, policy, and communications challenges from the inside, Catriona now consults with startups and scale-ups to build tailored answers to political problems across EMEA and beyond. Her work covers a range of global markets, and she speaks several languages fluently, including English, French and Spanish.
Catriona is a passionate advocate for gender-balanced leadership and funding for female-led startups. She currently serves as a VP of the Professional Women's Network in Barcelona. With her expertise and experience, Catriona is dedicated to making a positive impact in the future of technology and sustainable regulation.
